Statistics meets information design meets the user
A co-operation between the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) and the International Institute for Information Design (IIID).
The goal is to provide a platform for exchanging different views,
methods and approaches to communicating, visualising and understanding data.
In the context of the Global Project on “Measuring the Progress of Societies”
a number of activities will take place throughout 2009:

DD4me – looking at young peoples' relationship with data and statistics
The workshops
REALITY CHECKS – a series of workshops around the world,
checking understanding, communication and application of data in real situations.
Results will be presented at the OECD World Forum in Busan, South Korea, 27–30 October 2009.
